If you are a returning customer you may schedule a service by telephone or e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your service dates. Please let us know if there are any changes since your last service.

New Customers must have an in-home consultation prior to their first service. It is important that we meet your pets. We also obtain veterinary releases, and a signed Term and Conditions of Service during our consultation. Our Terms and Conditions of Service and Veterinary Release forms are posted on our Important Things page. The consultation is free of charge.

You are encouraged to book at soon as possible especially during holiday periods. If you need to cancel a scheduled service you must do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our service areas are Yucaipa, Redlands, Highland, Mentone, Calimesa Beaumont, and portions of Banning.
